To meet the teaching needs of our teachers and students, help them better master the core skills of the website (version 9.1) and further improve the application of informatized teaching in our university. The Center for Excellent Teaching and Learning will continue to carry out the special training of Teaching and Learning @ PKU this week. The details are as follows:

Topics: Skills in Using the Interactive Teaching Tools

Time: Mar. 07 (Thursday) 14:00-16:30

Location: Room 403 of Audio-Visual Teaching Building

Content:

• Brief review of the introduction to courseware creation
• Creation and publication of course notices
• Course assignments and grading
• Creation and use of course forums
• Group learning and management
• Question design for online exams
• Design and application of self and mutual evaluation
• Skills in using teaching tools such as course blogs, journals, wikis, and anti-plagiarism

  Tip: It is recommended that the trainees prepare relevant electronic course materials (e.g. teachers’ photos, course introduction, syllabus, PPT files, audio and video files, etc.) in advance, so or they can quickly create online courses on the site in sync with the training progress.
